Gardening Hack #10 – Eggshells Are Fertilizer
Don’t throw away your old eggshells. Instead, use them to take care of your garden. Eggshells contain a variety of minerals, including calcium. This makes them a great source of fertilizer for your plants.
Simply rinse them off and sit them out to dry for a bit. You can either mash them up by hand or place them in an old coffee grinder to create a fine powder that can be worked into the soil.
